1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope

By accessing our web portal, booking freight, or utilizing any services provided by Global UPS Delivery ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services encompass international and domestic express freight forwarding, air cargo, ocean container transport, warehousing, customs brokerage, and door-to-door courier delivery.

2. Prohibited & Restricted Cargo

Customers are strictly prohibited from tendering hazardous, explosive, or flammable materials, unregistered weaponry, counterfeit currency, biological hazards, or contraband prohibited by international shipping authorities (IATA, IMO, and local customs agencies). Global UPS Delivery reserves the right to inspect, flag, or refuse any package without liability.

3. Live Tracking & Proof of Delivery (POD)

Tracking numbers and status timestamps are provided for operational convenience. Official proof of delivery requires a physical or electronic signature, photo verification upon drop-off, or authorized release code. Global UPS Delivery is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by weather disruptions, customs holds, or inaccurate address information provided by the shipper.

4. Customs Clearance, Import Tariffs & Regulatory Fees

All international shipments crossing sovereign borders are subject to local customs clearance, VAT, import tariffs, and administrative processing fees. The sender and designated recipient remain jointly responsible for supplying accurate commercial invoices, HS codes, and clearing all government customs duties prior to final package release.

5. Rates, Invoicing & Payment Verification

Freight rates are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater). Payments made via bank wire transfer or digital receipts uploaded through our tracking portal undergo mandatory manual verification and bank confirmation before shipments are cleared for onward transit.

6. Limitation of Liability & Cargo Claims

Unless the shipper purchases additional declared-value cargo insurance prior to dispatch, Global UPS Delivery's financial liability for lost or damaged cargo is strictly capped according to standard Warsaw/Montreal Convention limits and maritime transport laws. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be filed in writing within 14 business days of delivery.

7. Account Security & Anti-Fraud Compliance

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials and tracking links. Submitting forged payment receipts, unauthorized automated scraping, or attempting to breach our tracking APIs will result in immediate account termination, cargo hold, and escalation to financial fraud authorities.

8. Governing Law & Terms Revisions

These terms are governed by applicable maritime, aviation, and international trade laws. Global UPS Delivery reserves the right to revise or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our logistics services after updates constitutes full acceptance of the modified terms.
