You can track your shipment anytime by entering your tracking number on our homepage tracking bar. Once submitted, you will see real-time updates regarding your package's location, current status, and estimated delivery date.

Delivery timeframes depend on the destination and the service tier selected at checkout. Standard domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days, while express and overnight delivery options are available for time-sensitive packages. An estimated delivery date will be provided on your tracking dashboard as soon as your shipment is dispatched.

If our courier cannot reach you, they will leave a digital notification or physical delivery slip. Depending on your service region, we will either attempt a second delivery on the next business day or transfer your shipment to a secure local pickup hub, where you can collect it at your convenience using your photo ID and tracking number.

You can request address updates, authorize a safe drop-off location, or hold package delivery for pickup via our self-service portal before the package is marked "Out for Delivery." Simply enter your tracking number, select "Manage Delivery Options," and follow the prompts. Note that address changes while in transit may add 24 hours to the estimated delivery time.

If you miss a delivery, our courier will leave a notification card with further instructions. We will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next business day, or you can use your tracking portal to reschedule delivery or select a pickup point.

You will receive an automatic email and/or SMS notification the moment your package is marked as delivered by our courier. You can also log in to your client portal at any time to view the full delivery confirmation, including the date, time, and a digital proof-of-delivery signature or photo.

Yes. Premium and Express service customers can select a preferred delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening) during checkout or through the self-service portal after dispatch. Standard service customers will receive an estimated delivery window the evening before their delivery date via email or SMS.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after a shipment is collected. If your tracking number shows no activity after 24 hours, please verify the number is entered correctly and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team with your tracking number and we will investigate immediately.

"In Transit" means your package has left its origin facility and is actively moving through our logistics network toward the destination. Depending on the distance, it may pass through one or more sorting hubs before final delivery. You can track each scan point in real time on your tracking dashboard.

Address redirections are available through our self-service portal or by contacting customer support, provided the package has not yet reached the final delivery hub. A redirection fee may apply depending on the distance involved, and the estimated delivery date may be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, we deliver to over 150 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country. Unless your order was processed under a prepaid Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) rate, any applicable import fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.

Customs clearance times vary by country and the completeness of documentation provided. Most shipments clear within 1–3 business days. Delays can occur if additional documentation is required, duties are unpaid, or the shipment is flagged for physical inspection. We proactively notify you of any customs holds via email.

Standard international shipments require a completed commercial invoice, a packing list, and an airway bill or bill of lading. Certain goods may also require a certificate of origin, export licence, or phytosanitary certificate. Our team will advise you on the exact documentation required based on your destination country and commodity type.

By default, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (Delivered Duty Unpaid — DDU). However, senders can opt for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service at checkout, where all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected upfront, ensuring a smooth, surprise-free delivery for the recipient.

Yes, personal effects and gifts can be shipped internationally. Many countries offer reduced or zero import duty thresholds for gifts below a certain declared value. It is important to accurately declare the contents and value on the customs form to avoid delays or penalties — under-declaring is a legal offence in most jurisdictions.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions (dimensional weight), and the speed of service you choose. You can get an instant quote by entering your package details into our online shipping calculator.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and select digital wallets. Corporate account holders can also arrange for monthly invoicing. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.

Depending on your shipment, surcharges may apply for oversize packages, remote area delivery, residential delivery, fuel, or signature-on-delivery service. All applicable surcharges are displayed transparently on the quote page before you confirm your booking — there are no hidden fees.

Refund eligibility depends on the service level purchased. Express and guaranteed delivery services include a money-back guarantee if we miss the committed delivery window due to reasons within our control. Standard service delays caused by weather events, customs, or force majeure are not eligible for refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Businesses and frequent shippers can apply for a corporate account, which provides access to volume-based discount tiers, consolidated invoicing, and a dedicated account manager. Contact our sales team or submit a business account application through the portal to get a customised rate card.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal substances, or perishable items without prior authorization. Please check our full Prohibited Items Guide before booking your shipment.

Lithium batteries are subject to strict IATA regulations and may be prohibited or require special handling depending on their watt-hour rating and whether they are installed in equipment or shipped loose. Consumer electronics containing lithium batteries are generally accepted when properly packaged. Please check our Prohibited Items Guide or contact support before shipping.

Standard service accepts packages up to 70 kg per piece, with a maximum combined length and girth of 330 cm. Oversized or overweight items may be accepted under our freight service with prior arrangement. Packages exceeding limits without prior authorisation may be returned or held at the sender's expense.

Contact our customer support team immediately with your tracking number. If the package has not yet been processed, we may be able to intercept and return it. If it has already entered the network and is flagged at a facility or customs, it may be seized, destroyed, or returned at your expense, and you may be liable for additional penalties. Prompt disclosure is always the best course of action.

You can pay pending shipping invoices and customs duty fees directly through our online tracking system. Simply enter your tracking number on our Tracking Page, open your active shipment details, and click "Pay Customs / Shipment Invoice" (or visit /track/{tracking_number}/payment/{invoice}). We support major credit/debit cards, bank wire transfers, and digital payment gateways. If paying via bank transfer, you can upload your payment confirmation receipt directly on the invoice page for immediate administrative verification.

Dimensional weight reflects package density and is calculated using the standard international air freight formula: (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5,000 = Volumetric Weight in kg. In imperial measurements, the formula is (Length × Width × Height in inches) ÷ 139 = Volumetric Weight in lbs. International carriers charge based on whichever is greater: the actual scale weight or the dimensional weight. For large, lightweight parcels, packing compactly reduces shipping costs.

A customs hold occurs when border authorities require additional import documentation, commodity inspection, or payment of national import tariffs and VAT. Our in-house Customs Brokerage team actively monitors every hold. To resolve it quickly, check your tracking dashboard for specific notices, or contact our Customs Clearance desk with your commercial invoice, item description, and tax ID. Once required documents or duties are cleared, your shipment resumes transit immediately.

A Harmonized System (HS) Code is a standardized 6-to-10 digit international commodity classification code used by customs authorities worldwide to assess import duties, taxes, and trade regulations. Providing an accurate HS code on your commercial invoice prevents customs delays and ensures you are billed the exact duty rate mandated by local government authorities.

You can generate a print-ready, official shipment receipt anytime by navigating to /track, entering your tracking number, and clicking the "Print Official Receipt" button (or visiting /track/{tracking_number}/print). The printable receipt includes official barcodes, origin and destination facilities, sender and receiver details, service type, item descriptions, and verified payment invoices.

Most express courier and commercial freight shipments require an authorized physical or electronic signature upon delivery. Once delivered, the recipient's electronic signature, delivery timestamp, and optional drop-off photo confirmation are automatically uploaded to your live tracking page as official Proof of Delivery (POD).

If your package arrives damaged or cannot be located after the scheduled delivery date, you must file a formal claim within 14 business days of delivery (or expected delivery). Submit your claim via our Contact Us page or email support@globalups.delivery with: (1) Tracking number, (2) Photos of damaged packaging and contents, and (3) Commercial invoice/proof of purchase value. Our claims department reviews submissions within 3–5 business days.

Standard domestic and international courier deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday. Weekend and Saturday deliveries are available for Express Courier shipments upon request. If a business address is closed during an attempt, the courier will reattempt delivery on the next business day.

Air Freight is engineered for speed and high-value cargo, delivering globally within 1–3 business days with airport-to-airport express transfers and priority customs clearance. Ocean Freight is designed for cost efficiency and high-volume cargo, moving full container loads (FCL) or consolidated cargo (LCL) over major maritime routes within 2–4 weeks at substantially lower per-kilogram rates.

FCL (Full Container Load) means an entire 20ft or 40ft ocean container is exclusively reserved for your cargo, offering faster port transit and zero risk of cross-contamination. LCL (Less-than-Container Load) allows multiple shippers to share container space, making it the most cost-effective option for shipments that do not fill a complete container.

Yes, but dangerous goods require certified handling in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (air) and the IMDG Code (ocean). Shippers must provide a valid Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), UN-certified packaging, compliant hazard labels, and a signed Shipper's Declaration. Contact our specialized hazardous cargo team before booking.

For fragile items, always use a heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated cardboard box. Wrap each individual item in at least 2–3 inches of bubble wrap, ensuring no items touch each other or the outer walls of the box. Fill all remaining voids with packing peanuts or air pillows so items cannot shift during transit. Seal all box seams using high-grade pressure-sensitive packaging tape in an "H-tape" configuration, and clearly attach a "FRAGILE / HANDLE WITH CARE" label on all four sides.

Perishable foods and temperature-sensitive goods can only be transported through our specialized Cold-Chain & Climate-Controlled service with prior booking. Non-perishable, commercially packaged and shelf-stable foods are accepted for standard shipping, provided they comply with the destination country's import regulations (such as US FDA Prior Notice). Fresh meats, dairy, and unprocessed agricultural produce are strictly prohibited without certified health and phytosanitary certificates.

Alcohol-based perfumes, colognes, and aerosol sprays are classified as flammable liquids or pressurized gases under IATA Dangerous Goods regulations. They can only be transported via ground freight or as certified "Consumer Commodities / ID 8000" air cargo with specialized packaging and labeling. Non-hazardous creams and liquids under 1 liter are accepted if sealed inside leak-proof secondary containment bags surrounded by absorbent cushioning.

No. Cash currency, legal tender bank notes, bullion, gold bars, coins, bearer bonds, and negotiable financial instruments are strictly prohibited across our entire logistics network. Fine jewelry, precious stones, and luxury timepieces may only be shipped under our High-Value Secure Escort protocol with mandatory full declared-value cargo insurance and secure armoring.

Prescription medicines may be shipped for personal use only if accompanied by: (1) A licensed physician's medical prescription in English, (2) The original commercial receipt with the drug's exact chemical and brand name, and (3) The patient's identification matching the recipient details. Certain countries strictly prohibit foreign postal medicine imports or mandate local health ministry import clearance permits before release.

We support all standard ICC Incoterms 2020: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), CPT (Carriage Paid To), CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To), DAP (Delivered at Place), DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For cross-border e-commerce and seamless customs clearance, DDP and DAP are the most frequently chosen options.

Our licensed in-house customs brokers transmit electronic manifests and commercial invoices directly to customs authorities while your shipment is still in flight or on open water. This electronic pre-clearance process ensures that duty calculations and security screening occur before physical arrival, allowing up to 92% of international cargo to be released immediately upon touchdown at the destination port or airport hub.

A Certificate of Origin (COO) is an official trade document declaring the country where an exported product was manufactured or produced. It is required by customs authorities to establish whether the shipment qualifies for reduced or zero duty rates under Free Trade Agreements (such as USMCA, EU-UK TCA, or ASEAN trade pacts). Our customs brokerage team can prepare or authenticate electronic Certificates of Origin on your behalf.

Yes! Enterprise and corporate clients can integrate our automated REST API directly into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom ERP systems. Our logistics API supports automated shipping rate quotes, one-click waybill label generation, pickup dispatch scheduling, and real-time webhook push notifications for every shipment milestone and delivery scan.

To protect your corporate and personal shipping data, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) directly inside your Client Portal (/my). Navigate to Account Settings > Security, select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication", and scan the QR code using Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator. Once enabled, an authentication code is required at each login, preventing unauthorized account access.

If you discover an incorrect address or need to reroute a package before final delivery, submit an intercept request through your Client Portal or contact customer service immediately. An administrative rerouting surcharge applies (typically $15.00–$25.00 for domestic packages, plus any incremental freight distance differences for international freight). Interceptions can only be guaranteed before the package is loaded onto the local courier's vehicle for final delivery.

In the event of severe weather conditions (hurricanes, blizzards, floods), airspace ground stops, or force majeure occurrences, driver and aviation safety is paramount. Impacted shipments are secured in regional distribution hubs until safe transport resumes. Live delay advisories and revised estimated delivery dates will be posted automatically on your tracking status timeline.

A Remote Area Surcharge (or Out-of-Delivery-Area fee) applies to deliveries in remote, mountainous, island, or sparsely populated geographic zones that are distant from primary logistics terminals. Servicing these regions requires specialized local contracted linehaul transport. Surcharges are automatically determined by destination postal code and are shown upfront in our online rate calculator.

Yes! Saturday Delivery is available as an add-on service for Express Courier and Time-Definite Air Freight shipments in select major metropolitan areas. For mission-critical healthcare, aerospace, or industrial emergencies, our 24/7 Dedicated Logistics desk can arrange Sunday direct-drive couriers and charter flights.

We strictly adhere to global privacy frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). All website and portal communication is secured via high-grade 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption. We never sell or monetize customer shipping history, recipient contact records, or financial billing information to third-party data brokers.

Standard carrier liability is strictly limited under international transport conventions (the Montreal/Warsaw Convention for air freight: approximately 22 SDR/kg; the Hague-Visby Rules for ocean freight). Standard liability only compensates a fraction of high-value cargo losses and excludes acts of God or packaging failures. Purchasing Full Declared Value Cargo Insurance guarantees 100% reimbursement of the full commercial invoice value in the event of accidental loss or damage.

Our Rail Freight division operates scheduled block trains across the Trans-Eurasian rail corridor connecting industrial manufacturing hubs in China and East Asia to European rail terminals in Poland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Rail freight provides an ideal balance for modern supply chains: it is 50% faster than ocean freight and up to 70% cheaper than air cargo, with significantly lower carbon emissions.

Full Truckload (FTL) dedicates an entire semi-trailer exclusively to your cargo, offering direct door-to-door transit without terminal stops, making it ideal for large pallet volumes (24–30 pallets) or fragile cargo. Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) consolidates your palletized goods (1–6 pallets) alongside other shippers' cargo, providing cost savings by sharing trailer capacity across our hub-and-spoke terminal network.

Pallets should use standard Grade A wooden or plastic skids (48" × 40" or Euro 120cm × 80cm) free from broken deckboards. Stack cartons in an interlocking column pattern, ensuring no boxes overhang the pallet edge. The top of the load must be flat. Wrap the load with at least 5 layers of heavy-duty industrial stretch wrap, securing the film around the wooden base. For heavy machinery or tall loads, apply two heavy polyester or steel tension straps.

An Air Waybill (AWB) is a non-negotiable transport contract and receipt issued by the air carrier for air freight shipments; it serves as a receipt of goods and carriage instructions. An Ocean Bill of Lading (B/L or BOL) for maritime shipping is a legally binding document of title; an "Original Order" Bill of Lading can be endorsed and transferred, allowing title and ownership of ocean cargo to be traded while the vessel is still in transit.
